He was a member of Haven Lutheran Church, Hagerstown and a member of Morris Frock American Legion Post No. 42, Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son; one daughter; one brother; and two grandsons.
In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by two brothers, George Cline and Carl Cline; and two sisters, Gladys Ausherman and Rachael Wagner.
