MRS. HOMER SOMMERVILLE

LACROSSE--Mrs. Homer (Pearl L.) Sommerville, died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday at her home 1 1/2 miles west of LaCrosse after a year's illness.

She was born in Scottsburg, Ind., March 1, 1882. She lived near LaCrosse since 1912, coming from Scottsburg.

On June 21, 1904, in Scottsburg, she was married to Homer Sommerville, who survives. She was a member of the Newland Creek Baptist church, Scottsburg, and the WSCS of the LaCrosse Methodist church.

Surviving besides the husband are one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Whitehead, Michigan City; one son, Marshall, San Pierre; three sisters, Mrs. Cora Robbins, Scottsburg, Mrs. Ella Farris, Austin, Ind., and Mrs. Anna Fitch, Indianapolis; and one brother, William Coleman, Scottsburg.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the LaCrosse Methodist church with the Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery in LaCrosse.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Kosanke Brothers Funeral home in Kouts.
