DUBOIS — Opal Jean Hagen, 69, of Dubois, died Friday at Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.
She retired from JOFCO and Preferred Home Health as a CNA.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Hagen; one son, Monty Hagen of Huntingburg; three daughters, Dedra Crecelius of French Lick, Patricia Jones of Jasper and Gina Smith of Dubois; one sister, Mary Lou Tarr of Paoli; and two brothers, Arnold Drake and Donald Drake, both of Mitchell.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at T.L. Pinnick Mortuary in French Lick. Interment will be at Crystal Community Cemetery in Dubois.
