Mrs. Rosa Jane Haverfield, 83, a pioneer of Washington county (Idaho). Last rites were conducted Thursday and the Rev. Charles Easley of Payette (Idaho) was in charge of services and interment followed at Hillcrest. Mrs. Haverfield died at the Weiser Memorial hospital (Idaho) last Tuesday. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Amos Haverfield, by only nine days. Mrs. Haverfield was born August 10, 1872 near Hermitage, MO., and was married to Amos Haverfield March 13, 1892, in Hermitage. The couple moved to Weiser November 19, 1896. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving are a son, Roy of Payette; a daughter, Mrs. Eva Wisdom of Weiser; and six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. (Sub: Scott)
