Not sure why her headstone reads 1925 for her date of death, but her Utah Death Record has 1926. Her Death Record states that she was 66 years, 11 month and 2 days old at the time of her death on 29 Aug 1926. It also states that her date of birth was 28 Sep 1859; which is the same year that her headstone has. Subtracting 66 years from 29 Aug 1926 gives us 29 Aug 1860. Subtracting 11 months from that date takes us back to 29 Sep 1859 and two days from that gives us 27 Sep 1859. This date is one day away from the 28 Sep 1859 date of birth given on her death record, close enough for government work. But as both her date of birth and her age at death give us the 1859 date, then she must have died in 1926.
