WM. HUFF a resident of Hancock Co, WV,drove his horse and sulky, a few feet into the Ohio River near East Liverpool,
Ohio, for the purpose of watering his horse, Wednesday afternoon, but getting into deep water he was drowned, before assistance could reach him. His body was recovered in a few minutes. His horse swam to shore. Mr Huff was about 30 years of age and leaves a wife and several children.
