Jack was born to Hattie(Lortz)and Hiram Allen in Goodrich Michigan on October 22, 1922. He had four siblings; Aileen (Minock), Estella (Enz), Arabella, and Frank Allen.
On February 1,1946, Jack married Jean Inez Peever. Jack and Jean had three daughters: Donna (Lester), Diane (Lomelin), and Renee (Dougherty). They remained married until his death, when he died on February 22, 1973, at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Flint, Michigan.
Jack was a WWII Army Vet and he was proud he had the opportunity to serve his country.
Jack had another daughter, Frances Kay (Johnson, Bratcher)Gould. She was born to Ilene on August 21, 1944. She had one son, Aaron Bratcher. Kay passed in Flint, Michigan in August '07.
Of course, I am very partial, and although he passed when I was merely 13, I remember him as an always exceptional father and a loving husband to my mom.
