Beverly Alice Baker, 63, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home in Salt Lake City, May 31, 1987.
Born January 31, 1924 in Salt Lake City to Irvin W. and Merle Anne Gregory Sorensen. Married Wilford E. Baker March 13, 1941. In the 40's she worked at Kearn's Army Depot driving truck. President of PTA, Lincoln School in 1968-69. Worked for Whalen Bros. Mfg. in Murray until she retired. Member of LDS Church. Through her many years of suffering, even though she was in pain, she could always bring joy and happiness to others. She always had a smile for everyone. Her family and friends will greatly miss her. She is loved by all!
Survived by husband; mother, both Salt Lake city; son, Wilford Boyd (Spike), Provo; daughter, Bonnie Ann Drennan, Sandy; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Donald I, Midvale; sisters, Elva M. Rackley, Murray; Mrs. Wayne (Jeanette) Childs, Sandy. Preceded in death by her father.
