WINTER HAVEN — Donald B. Armstrong, 72, 1324 E. Lake Elbert Drive, died Monday morning at his home. He was a native of Otsego, Mich., and came to Winter Haven in 1966 from Captiva Island. He was retired from the production department of the Southern* Paper Co. Survivors include his widow, Anne Armstrong, Winter Haven, and a sister, Mildred Calsey [Caley], Kalamazoo, Mich. Crisp Funeral Home, Winter Haven.
