Richard Thomas Franklin, age 89 of Pensacola, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008. He retired from the U. S. Navy after 20 years of service and also retired from the U.S. Civil Service. He was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Clyde S. "Carolyn" Franklin; son, Rev. Richard Larry Franklin (wife, Charlotte); grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; one brother; three sisters.
