Learleen Gividen McNamara, 93, of New Castle, died Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at Homestead Nursing Center in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Flora Watson Gividen and a member of the Sulphur United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three daughters: Sereta (Kenneth) Salsman, Roswell, NMX, Loveda (Rick) Campbell, Martin, TN and Orissa (Glenn) Long, Shelbyville; thirteen grandchildren; and several great-grand children. She was preceded in death by two daughters: Cora J. Croxton and Anna Jean Rose and one son: William Earl Croxton.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 21st at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Dr. David Charlton, Pastor of the New Castle First Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in the Sulphur Cemetery.
