Stephen Henry Costello 94, of Springfield died Sunday at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Oct. 14, 1901 in Greene County, the son of Michael L. "Mike" and Laura A. Holmes Costello. He married Edith White and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Costello was a former employee of Memorial Medical Center and Stern Furniture Co.

Survivors: three step-grandchildren, David Robinson of Edinburg and Robert Robinson and Helen Muller, both of Titusville, Fla.

Graveside services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oak Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.

Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
