WANATAH -- Chad Andrew Bailey, infant son of William and Janis (Mack) Bailey, died Friday at Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso, 15 hours after birth.
Surviving besides his parents are grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Bailey and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Mack, all of Wanatah; and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Bailey of Wanatah, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Polite of Valparaiso.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Michael Kelner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Wiesjahn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
