Bridgeport, Ill. Mary Fox Gray, 76, died at 3:12 a.m. CST today at her home, 805 E. Corporation St.
She was for many years operator of the Country Kitchen and Fox Iron and Metal Works.
She was born Oct 31, 1911, in Lukin Township to Richard and Olive (Worstell) Thompson. Her first husband, Robert Lee Fox, died in 1948.
Surviving are her second husband, Alford Gray; four sons. Robert Fox jr. and Jack and Edward Fox all of Bridgeport, and James R. Fox of Vincennes, 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A son, three sisters and a brother are deceased.
The funeral will br at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Cunningham Funeral Home. Ralph Buescher will officiate
and Burial will be in Bridgeport City Cemetery.
