"Clarence C Jackson of Edinboro, a former Titusville area resident, died yesterday at Union City Hospital, where he had been admitted two weeks ago. He was 77 years old. Mr Jackson was born in Spartansburg on Dec 26, 1995, the son of Henry and Marian Blakeslee Jackson. In 1916 he was married to Vessa Murray. Mr Jackson was a farmer prior to his employment as a stoker at Edinboro College. After his retirement from Edinboro College, he worked as a janitor at the Edinboro Methodist Church until he suffered a heart attack in 1960. Mr Jackson is survived by his wife. Friends may call at the I K Glunt Funeral Home at Edinboro today...and tomorrow....A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 pm Monday with Rev S James Schmittle of the Edinboro Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be at the Spartansburg Cemetery."
