Mrs. Anne Alma Counts, 57, resident of Johnson, died suddenly Sunday morning, May 4, in Sand Springs, Okla., where she was visiting her daughter, Mrs. Maxine Shumate.

A member of the Church of Christ, she was born May 15, 1900 in Madison County, the daughter of Pete and Orgin Lewis Neal.

Survivors include her husband, Tolbert Counts of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Shumate, Sand Springs, Mrs. Irene Noel, Tulsa, Okla., Mrs. Jan Divens, Washington, D. C., and Connie Lee Counts of the home; one son, Wayne Counts, Springdale; her mother, Mrs. Orgin Neal, Johnson; one brother, Monroe Neal, Brea, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Flossie Duncan, Alameda, Calif., Mrs. Lucy Ball, Johnson and Mrs. Gladys Strange, Fayetteville; several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Church of Christ at Johnson with Leerie Ball officiating.

Burial in Bluff cemetery, Springdale, will be under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
