BLEVINS, Sallie, 84, passed away Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in the Hospice Unit. She was born in November 1905 in Paintsville, Kentucky. She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Herbert Blevins; daughters Georgia Aldridge and husband, John of Dayton, Glema Blade and husband, John of Hillsboro, Phyllis Williams and husband, D. H. of West Carrollton and Jewell Hackworth and husband, Norman of Ashland, KY.; sons, Donald Fraley and wife, Patricia of Warsaw, IN, Clyde Fraley of Hillsboro and Phillip Blevins of Carlisle, OH.; sisters, Mallie Williams of Riceville, KY, and Ruby Frazier of Paintsville, KY.; 6 grandsons; 9 granddaughters; 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Monday at The Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall. Rev. T. Hudson officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family.
