She gave her best in all her endeavors including 20 years of service at Bank of America where she held various positions and most recently served as vice president of Commercial Banking. Her co-workers, clients and customers became her friends and were like family to Carol. Through her major surgery and illness, she was very courageous and fought every minute. Carol made a lasting impression on us all and will forever have a very special and tender place in all our hearts. A private burial ceremony will be held Saturday in Colonial Grove followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday in Sheraton Oceanfront. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Cancer Institute or the American Cancer Society.
