Mrs. Charlotte M. Wheeler, 88, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Greenview, died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday in Houston.
She was born in Greenview on Oct. 17, 1898, the daughter of Harmon J. and Emma E. Miller Marbold.
Preceding her in death were her husband, John R., in 1978; parents; one daughter; and two sisters.
Surviving are two daughters, Myra Johnson and Margaret Pruitt, both of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Ennenga and Ann Abbott, both of Springfield.
Memorial Services will be held in Houston, Texas.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery at Greenview at a later date.
