Bourland Services Set For Saturday


Henryetta, July 6 (AP) ~ Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Bourland, 63, will be held at the Baptist church in Okemah at 2 p.m. Saturday with the pastor, the Rev. W. A. Evans, officiating. Burial will be in Okemah cemetery by the Buchanan Funeral home.


Mrs. Bourland died Wednesday at her home six miles south of Okemah. She is survived by her husband, W. A. Bourland; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Keener, Mrs. Mildred Brook, Mrs. Violet Keener, all of Okemah; three sons, Curtis and Harvey, Okemah and Walter, with the U.S. army; and 23 grandchildren.
