MARY JANE AYCOCK FRANSIOLI, 79, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Sunday at Methodist Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Christ United Methodist Church, where she was a charter member, with burial in Bethuel Cemetery in Millington. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She graduated from St. Mary's Episcopal School. She was also a member of the Aldersgate and Wesley Sunday school class and the Salvation Army Auxiliary. Mrs. Fransioli, the widow of Steve A. Fransioli Jr., leaves a daughter, Jane Browndyke of Germantown; two sons, Steve A. Fransioli III of Dallas and Bill Fransioli of Germantown, and six grandchildren.
