Alice was born to Rudolph J. "Rudy" and Charlotte A. "Lottie" DuBois Sluga. She married Albert "Bud" Jonas on Aug. 14, 1943, in Peoria. He survives.

She is also survived by two daughters, Sharon (Lyle) LaFollett and Linda Johnson; six grandchildren, Michael (Michelle) LaFollett, Carin (David) Purtle, Cadie (Jerry) Adkins, Lori (Ray) Vallas, Jim (Becky) Johnson and Tracey Holley; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Darlene Fenton; and her son-in-law, Jim Johnson.
