An Erie resident his entire life, Mr. Amendola was a shipping clerk at General Electric Co. for 23 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the European theater during World War II. Mr. Amendola was a member of the Presque Isle Beagle Club.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Adamowicz Amendola; two brothers, Arthur Amendola* and Edward Amendola, both of Erie (d 11/25/2013 age 88); sister Lena Paris and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
