Cathy Lynn McIntosh died on Tuesday, May 9, 2000, in Bakersfield, at Kern Medical Center, following a brief illness.
Cathy was born in Eufaula, Okla., on Jan. 16, 1950. She was the daughter of Henry Shropshire and Gladys "Jan" Rosson Shropshire.
Cathy lived in Pixley and was employed by Peters Manufacturing. She is survived by her mother, Jan Rosson of Tipton, her daughter, Shannon Rowe of Corcoran, and her son, Eddie McIntosh Jr. of Pixley. She is also survived by four adoring grandchildren (Garret Canard, Garrett Drewry, Brandon Rowe & Jana Catherine Rowe) who will forever remember her as Nana.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Corcoran. Burial will follow at the Tipton-Pixley Cemetery.
Bledsoe Funeral Home in Corcoran will handle funeral arrangements.
