Margaret Douville O'Flaherty, 88, of Richmond, died July 2, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roderick Lee "Billy" O'Flaherty.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherrard Schmidt; two sons, Roddy O'Flaherty and David O'Flaherty. There are four grandchildren, Kathleen Schmidt, Charles and his wife, Lauren Schmidt, James and Daniel O'Flaherty; one great-grandson, Chase Beatty.

She was active in various women's clubs, a homemaker and Navy wife for 25 years.

A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 8, at 11 a.m. at Westhampton Memorial Park. Arrangements by the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street.
