Ruby May Devericks, wife of Larry Devericks, passed away in this city Thursday morning at 6 o'clock following an illness of two weeks. She was born in Clayton, New Mexico and aged twenty-three years ten months and 19 days at the time of death. In addition to her husband she is survived by three brothers, Espy, Browning and Maxey Potter, four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Harkness, Mrs. Albert Woods, Cleo Baker and Mrs. E.D. McKay. The remain are in the gold room at Earl Whitlock Funeral Home, Pine avenue at Sixth.

Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services for the late Ruby May Devericks to be held Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Earl Whitlock Funeral Home, Pine Avenue at Sixth, with Rev. Frank Wommett, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiating. Interment will be made in Linkville Cemetery.
