The Revs. Wayne Johnson and Ron Perry will officiate.A native of Fyffe, AL, Mr. Bailey lived in Fitzgerald from 1971 until 2003 when hemoved to Leesburg. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, serving in the South Pacific, andwas a member and Past Commander of the American Legion Post 99Survivors include his wife: Betty S.
