FOR REUBEN GROSS

Funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the Roper Heights Baptist Church, West Point, for Reuben E. Gross, 80, of Roper Heights Community, who died Friday morning at the Veterans Hospital in Oteen, N. C.
Mr. Gross was a native of Chambers County and was a veteran of World War One. He ws a member of the Roper Heights Baptist Church. A former resident of Langdale, he was a retired employee of the Langdale Mill Division of West Point Manufacturing Company, a divison of West Point Pepperell, Inc. Mr. Gross had been declining in health for the past 18 months.
The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. Glenn Mann, pastor of roper Heights Baptist Church. Burial was in Primrose, Ga., with Johnson and Company Funeral Home of Langdale in charge.
Survivors include a number of neices and nephews.
