Mrs. Adams was born in Campbell, Texas on December 28 1912, the daughter of Elzie Lee Isham and Nannie Ella Hatchett Isham.
On July 28, 1931, she married Luther C. Adams in Greenville. She was a homemaker and member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.
