From find a grave contributor B. L. Larson:
Fannie Hall first married on 20 Dec. 1871 at Wichita, Kansas, Isaac (Ike) C. Walker, city marshall of Wichita. I haven't yet found his death and burial information. The 1900 U.S. census for Yavapai County, Arizona Territory, shows Fannie and Sylvester married for 18 years. The 1880 U.S. census for Wichita, Kansas, shows Sylvester and Fannie both living there separately so they likely married in Wichita about 1882.

Reaper Calls Mrs. Waterman

Walnut Grove, Ariz., Jan. 20--In the passing away of Mrs. S. M. Waterman, Sunday, January 16, 1910, Walnut Grove suffers the loss of a Christian woman, who was loved and highly respected by all who knew her.
Mrs. Waterman was a woman of a gentle and loving disposition--a friend to every one and always ready to assist in time of trouble, and her many acts of kindness shall ever stand forth in the memory of her friends, who are left to mourn her death.
Mrs. Waterman had been in ill health for more than a year, but no one thought it so serious until three weeks ago, when she suddenly had a stroke of paralysis, from which she was a sufferer until death released her.
Surviving her she leaves her husband, a son, George Walker of Prescott, and a daughter, Mrs. H. E. Pierce, of this place, who mourn the loss of a devoted wife and mother, and who have the sympathy of the community in their sad bereavement.
Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. I. F. McKay of the South Methodist church, of Prescott, were held at the residence of A. A. Moore, and the large procession which followed the remains to their last resting place in the Walnut Grove cemetery, told plainly in what high esteem the deceased was held.
