Mrs. Adda B. Beerss, 73, died at 5:10 a.m. April 30, 1959, at home of son, Boyd Beers, 171 Fairfield Avenue. Born September 7, 1885, in Johnstown, daughter of William and Maria (Miller) Chase. Preceded in death by husband Blair S., in May, 1958. Survived by these children: George, Coalport; Carl, Lewistown; Mrs. Dora Faux, Phoenix, Az.; Mrs. Marion Reeves, Johnstown; Mrs. Birdie Hollen, Hollentown; Boyd, Johnstown; Mrs. Lois Gregory, Patton and Merle, Johnstown; also two brothers, Frank and William Preston, both of Johnstown; 36 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Member of Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Coalport. Friends received Friday and Saturday in Bell Funeral Home, Coalport.
