"KATHRYN M. KRUEGER, 83, LITITZ NATIVE
Kathryn M. Krueger, 83, of 27 Morning Glory Lane, Manheim, formerly of Lititz and West Chester, died Sunday afternoon at home after a long illness.
She was the wife of Norman E. Krueger Jr., who died in 1988.
Born in Lititz, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Carrie Mathers Gochenaur. She lived in West Chester close to 40 years before moving back to Lititz in 1981.
She was a 1931 graduate of the former Lititz High School.
A receptionist and lab technician for Dr. Joseph W. Grosh of Lititz, she also was the associate director of the United Fund of Greater West Chester, retiring in 1978.
She was a member of Lititz Moravian Church.
A volunteer for the Chester County Historical Society and the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society, she was a member of the Lititz Historical Foundation and the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society.
Surviving are a daughter, Ruth E. Fedder of Manheim; two sons, Norman E. Krueger of Dallas and Terry N. Krueger of Christiana; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ford M. Gochenaur of Lititz."
