The Otsego Farmer
March 4, 1892
WESTVILLE.—Mrs. Abigail Cornish died Feb. 18th, 1892, aged nearly ninety-one years. She had been quite well during the winter, until attacked by the grip, when she failed rapidly. Nearly all if not all of Mrs. Cornish's life was spent in this immediate neighborhood, and being of observing mind, with wonderful retentive memory, she knew and was able to relate much of its early history that is now lost to human recollection. She was long a member of the Baptist church.
