Born Jan. 5, 1915, in Larksville, she was a daughter of the late John and Katarina (Catherine) (Koblen) Adamcik. She resided in Lee Park for most of her life and attended the Hanover Township public schools.
Prior to retiring in 1987, Mrs. Sinzdak was employed as a housekeeper for the Dr. John Kirshner and Welker family for more than 30 years. She was a lifelong member of St. John Slovak Lutheran Church, Nanticoke.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Sinzdak, in 1987; her brother the Rev. Daniel Adamcik; and a sister, Irene Adamcik.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Helen Dula, Union, N.J.; stepsons Walter Sinzdak and his wife, Dolores, Edison, N.J.; and Ronald Sinzdak and his wife, Mary, Clayton, N.C.; grandchildren Valerie, Jean and Gerard Sinzdak; a great-granddaughter, Sophie Huttner; a brother, John Adamcik, Hanover Township; 20 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. from Davis-Dinelli Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad St., Nanticoke, with a service at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Slovak Lutheran Church, South Hanover Street, Nanticoke. The Rev. Marjorie Keiter will officiate.
Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Visitation will be Thursday, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
