Born September 28, 1950, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late William D. and Mabel Jones Sullivan. She was retired after 25 years as a school bus driver for the Lewis County School System and was an associate with the Redden Realty Company. She was a member of Vanceburg Christian Church. Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Timothy Bowden; a son, Timothy F. (Beverly) Bowden of Vanceburg; a daughter, Angela (Chris) Iery of Vanceburg; four grandchildren; one step-grandchild; a brother, Thomas D. (Debbie) Sullivan of Portsmouth; and a sister, Leanne (Dewey) Bryant of Vanceburg.
Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at Vanceburg Christian Church. Rev. Duncan Aker and Rev. Richard Anderson officiated with burial in Lewis County Memory Gardens at Black Oak. Arrangements were under the direction of Gaydos Funeral Home in Vanceburg.
