She was a homemaker,a native of Wayne County and a member of Oak Ridge Baptisit Church.
Survivors include her husband, William Orville Stone; Daughters- Barbara Borchers; Judy Brinker; Brenda Barnett; Marjorie Auton; Sons-Charles Stone; Warren Stone; Daryl Stone;-Sisters; Urslie Coomer; Goldie Tungate, Edna Miller; Jean Carter and a brother Claude Hurston.
Services were held at Chambers&Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence.
Burial was in the Walton Cemetery.
