Services for Ike Nolan Roberts are set for 2 p.m. today in the Johnson Church of God with the Rev. David Turner,pastor of the church officiating. Interment will be at Johnson Cemetery. Mr. Roberts,73 of 324 S. Park, died Sunday in a local hospital. Born July 2,1901, in Chandler, he lived in the Chandler area untill moving to Shawnee in 1942. Mr.Roberts was a retired carpenter-mechanic, and belonged to the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs Dora Roberts, of the home;two sons, Nolan Roberts, 404 S. Pennsylvania;Ike Murlin Roberts, 116 E. Highland; three daughters, Mrs Linda Barnett,908 E.7th, Mrs.Tonya Ellis, 713 S. Market,Mrs Lorene Sands,Sparks, three brothers, Perry Roberts, Modesto Calif.;Arlie Roberts, Oklahoma City, one siter, Mrs Stella Douglas, Oklahoma City; 10 Granchildren;and Two great-grandchildren.
