JOSEPH PAUL ARMSTRONG, 85, of Memphis, driver for Winston Truck Lines, died Saturday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Munford (Tenn.) Funeral Home with burial in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. Mr. Armstrong, the widower of Mary Goings Armstrong, leaves a daughter, Virginia Wilkins of Memphis; four sons, Gene Armstrong of Drummonds, Tenn., Joe Armstrong of Arkansas, Donnie Armstrong and Larry Armstrong , both of Memphis; two sisters, Johnnie Peel of Memphis and Robbie Herrington of Bay Springs, Miss.; two brothers, Raymond Armstrong of Hernando and Albert Armstrong of Coldwater, Miss., 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
