MARION—Mrs. Sylvia I. Baxter, 58, Marion, died Wednesday at a Stayton hospital following a short illness.
She was born in Cleo Springs, Okla., March 29, 1903.
Survivors include her widower, Virgil Baxter, Marion, her mother, Mrs. Maude Guess, Marion; a son, Jim Baxter, San Diego, Calif.; five daughters, Mrs. R. M. Kraemer, Whittier, Calif.; and Mrs. John DeBow, Joyce Baxter, and Mrs. Maxine Wolfe, all of Salem; and Mrs. Fred Lacey, Corvallis, and six grandchildren.
