He was born in Newport, Tenn., and was a son of the late Edgar and Minnie Turner Frazier.
Mr. Frazier was a former employee of Joanna Mills, member of Epworth United Methodist Church, and attended Light House Tabernacle. He was also an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Everlena Whelchel Frazier of Joanna; one son, Tommy Frazier of Paris, Texas; two daughters, Lunette Smaltz Livingston of Joanna, and Barbara Baker of Fountain Inn; four brothers, George Frazier, R.D. Frazier, Kenneth Frazier, all of Cross Hill, Allen Frazier of Clinton; four sisters, Lorene McNair, Viola Snelgrove, Myrtle Ledford, all of Clinton, and Ruby Evans of Fountain Inn; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was the eldest of 12 children.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, March 31, at 4 p.m. at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
