WILLIAM F. HOWELL – Retired Employe of Kraus Cleaners Dies At 88 – Services for William Franklin Howell of 3715 Rockwood, a retired employe of Kraus Cleaners, who died Wednesday at Shelby County Hospital, will be at 1 pm today at Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with burial in Memorial Park. Mr. Howell, who was 88, was born in Hardeman County, Tenn., and had lived in Memphis most of his life. He was a member of the Church of God. He leaves three sons, Jack Howell of Harlingen, Texas, and Edward Howell and Dan Howell, both of Kansas City, Kansas; seven daughters, Mrs. Lavarah Barnes of Columbus, Miss.; Mrs. Jewell Barnes of Turrell, Ark.; Mrs. Carmen Tarr of the Rockwood address; Mrs. Vernis Pillow of Richardson, Texas; Mrs. Agnes Knight of San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Jean Edmiston of Covington, and Mrs. Joyce Jackson of Omaha, Neb.; and a sister, Mrs. Leoti Wood of Memphis.
