Fern B. Bossuet, 84, of 1311 E. 2nd St., died Saturday in a Duluth nursing home. Born in Garrett, Ind., she had been a Duluth resident for 48 years. She was a member of Duluth Business and Professional Women's Club, and the Duluth Women's Republican Club. She is survived by five daughters, Miriam (Philip) Welsh and Faith Pagenkopf, Duluth; Elaine Head and Roberta Marocco, Los Angeles and Phyllis (William) Nelson, Sun Valley, Calif.; a son, Dean V., Des Moines, Iowa, 14 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
