ROCKS HURLED, PAINT THROWN
West Allis Plants

Paint and rocks thrown at the homes of two workers and one former worker at the Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing Co. and at the home of three persons who never worked for the company were reported to the police Wednesday.
Jacob Barbian 2027 w Pierce st reported that a can of red paint was tossed onto his front porch. Barbian said that his son John who lives at 2001 W Michigan st works at the strike bound plant.
Israel Blackmon, 41, of 1815 N 11th st, a Negro said that several cans of paint in pint glass containers were thrown through a window of his home. Blackmon said that his wife Mayola, 29, had worked at the Allis Chalmers CO. but not gone there since the strike was called. She also had not picketed at ordered he said.
The windows and porch of Frank Kijik 1865 S 65th st an Allis Chalmers worker were stoned Wednesday night, it was reported.
Also stoned were the homes of Julius Ginter, 1732 S 68th st;
Roger Mitchell of 2004-A S 69th st; and Matthew Potocic 1944 S 68th st, none of whom had ever worked at the plant.
