JOHN H. LIVINGS
FRANKLIN- John Henry Livings, 89 of Franklin died Tuesday March 17,at Knight's Nursing Home in Wells Bridge, after a long illness.
Private funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 20, at the Howard Funeral Home in Franklin with the Rev. Andrew P Burton of the Congregational Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park in Binghamton.
Mr. Livings was born Jan 6, 1875 in Clinton, a son of George and Mary (Kane) Livings. He married Grace Gwinup who died in 1957.
Mr. Livings was an upholsterer by trade and worked for the Kroeheir company in Binghamton before his retirement several years ago.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs Wendell Cook of Franklin; one son, William of Minneapolis, Minn; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
