WHITLOW, FRANCES "LOUISE," 79, of Louisville, was born September 8, 1927 and passed away Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Wesley Manor Retirement Community. Louise retired from General Electric, Appliance Park in October, 1987 with 20 years of service. She was a member of Rockford Lane and Ormsby Heights Baptist Churches. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Albert Thomas "Tommy" Whitlow; her loving children, Linda and James Righthouse, Judy and Jim Frost, Dan and Sheila Whitlow and Sheila and Bill Harned; four grandchildren, Nikki Whitlow Smith, Jonathan Frost, Jason Caudill and Sarah Frost Bradley; and two great grandchildren, Juergen and Sebastian. Louise was a gracious and loving lady that will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial gifts may be made to the Frances McCandless Center at Wesley Manor.
