She was preceded in death by a sister, Terry Trapasso and is survived by her husband of 40 years, years, Joseph Adamczak; a son Anthony Adamczak (Susan); a brother, James Bayzat; a sister, Julie Rattray; two grandchildren, Jenna and Ryan Adamczak; two nephews and three nieces.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, October 24, 2002 at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3383 N. University Blvd. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Wednesday in the chapel of ARLINGTON PARK FUNERAL HOME, 6920 Lone Star Rd. Interment will follow the service in Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Arlington Community Services, 1450 Rogero Rd, Jacksonville, FL.
