Mrs. Albinah Clarinda Burns, age 86 years, died Jan. 4. 1966, in Jerseyville Hospital where she was a patient for nine days.
She was born May 6, 1879 in Stockton, Kansas, the daughter of William and Minnie Batchelder, deceased. Her husband, Howard Burns, preceded her in death on May 27, 1962.
She is survived by three sons: Gerald, Batchtown; Robert, New York; and Harry, of Washington State; also one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Show of Alton; one half brother, Austin L. Batchelder of Long Beach, Calif.; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. One sister, Rose Zigrang, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 6, in the Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin with Rev. Ralph Anderson officiating and burial in Wilson Cemetery.
