James W. Griffin 76, of 2507 E. Johnson St. died Saturday September 11, 1965 in a hospital after a brief illness.
A Madison resident for 44 yrs.He worked at the Ubiversity Hospitals until retirement in 1960. Mr. Griffin was a WW1 Veteran and belonged to the Older Adult Club. Survivors include his wife Delia, a daughter Mrs Harvey Wyma of Phoenix Arizona, two sons Orris, Milwaukee and Gordon, Wisconsin Rapids a half brother William Fraizer, Nekoosa, a half sister Mrs. Fred Gant (Pearl) of Wisconsin Rapids and six grandchildren.
The Funeral will be at 1 pm Tuesday in Frautschi Funeral Home, 120 E. Wilson St. with the Rev. Zinky of Randolph Christion Reformed Church Officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friend may call after 4 pm today at the Funeral Home.
