Reverend Pemberton, Sr. 84, of Jasper was a retired longtime Southern Baptist Minister. He passed away Tuesday at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Lois Pemberton, two sons, one brother and four grandchildren.
