DONALD L.FILLMORE EXPIRES,AGED 31

(Article from the Watertown Daily Times. June 1936....T.Moye)
Woodville Resident Ill Since November.
ARTERIOSCLEROSIS IS FATAL
He was injured when struck in head with Baseball about ten years ago and family think that nerve injury may have resulted in condition which caused death.
(Special to the Times)
Woodville, June 26.– - Donald Fillmore, 31, Woodville died at 3:15 this morning on his sixth wedding anniversary after an illness since last November with harding of the arteries.
About eight or ten years ago he was struck in the head while playing baseball and suffered a severe brain concussion and his speech was affected for about 2 weeks. He recovered from the effects, however, but members of his family think nerves controlling a glandular process may have been effected and caused the arteriosclerosis to develop.
He was born at Rural Hill, near here, 31 years ago, a son of Arthur and Blanche Boomer Fillmore. He graduated from Union academy at Bellville and studied at Pratt Institute at New York. Later he worked in Syracuse for five years and at Watertown about two years, before he had a milk route and was engaged in the trucking business.
Besides his wife, formerly Miss Flora Dickinson, whom he married on June 26, 1930, he is survived by his father.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Woodville Congregational Church. Burial will be made in Woodside cemetery near Rural Hill.

Donald was an only child & Flora his wife had a miscarriage but they never had children.
